Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and TYTTOOT Co., Ltd ("tyttoot", "we") for the website tyttoot.com, tyttoot accounts, and the games and apps we publish. By using them you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use tyttoot

  • Anyone may read the site and play the games without an account.
  • Accounts, comments, ratings and points are for people aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
  • You may not use tyttoot if a court or law prohibits it, or if we have blocked your account and not lifted the block.

Your account

  • Give a real email address and keep your password and recovery codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your handle and display name must follow the Community Guidelines — no impersonation, no offensive names.
  • One person, one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.
  • You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

Points and rewards

  • Points are earned by playing (for example achievements and daily play) and can be redeemed for in-game rewards listed in your account.
  • Points have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or traded outside tyttoot.
  • You may send points to another account within the limits shown when you transfer (currently up to 500 points and 5 transfers per day, for accounts at least 7 days old). Transfers to the wrong person cannot be reversed by request.
  • We may correct points that were credited by mistake, earned by cheating or obtained through abuse, and may reverse rewards bought with such points. Every change appears in your points history with a reason.
  • Points end when an account is deleted. If we ever close the points program we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

Things you post

  • You keep ownership of your comments and other content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and distribute it on tyttoot for as long as it stays published.
  • Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post personal information about others.
  • We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines. Ratings and comments must reflect your own experience.

Rules of conduct

You must not:

  • cheat, use bots or automated scripts against games or leaderboards, or submit scores you did not achieve;
  • create multiple accounts to gain points, ratings or votes;
  • harass, threaten, spam or impersonate anyone;
  • try to access other people's accounts, our servers or data you are not allowed to see, or interfere with the service (including scraping that puts load on it);
  • use tyttoot for anything illegal.

Moderation and appeals

Reports are reviewed by people and by tools working for us. Repeated violations within 180 days lead step by step to a warning, hidden content, a 7-day suspension and finally a block. Severe abuse (for example threats or illegal content) may skip steps. You are notified of every decision in your account and can appeal through the contact form; a person reviews every appeal.

Games, apps and purchases

  • Games and apps are provided for entertainment. Features, levels and availability can change.
  • Purchases inside apps are processed by the App Store, Mac App Store or Google Play and follow their refund rules. Rewards bought with points follow these terms.
  • Games may show ads. Ads are provided by third parties and are not endorsed by us.

Our content

The site, games, artwork, music and code belong to tyttoot or our licensors. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes. Everything else needs our written permission.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep tyttoot running, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of points, progress or content, except where the law does not allow this limitation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending your use

You can stop using tyttoot at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, following the moderation steps above where possible, and you can always contact us about a decision.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use tyttoot after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact
